Week 2

Last week I felt like I had to get my rusty gears moving better. This weeks Satuday run was a lot better. I felt like I was going faster than I should have for a training run, but I there are no feelings of despair or woe to report. (Sorry to disappoint. Check back in a month!) It was nice day. . . for November. I was running in it for a short 30 minutes. There was a thin layer of snow on the ground and the sun was shining. Cold? Sure. 34 degrees or so.
Fundraising? Slow. I commited to the Adidas Vancouver International Marathon. (That's in Canada, folks!)

Nice. I bet running is made a bit easier by the landscape in Chicago. When I run, I usually wake up on the concrete about 75 yards later with people standing around me, shining flashlights in my eyes. I then wonder what happened.
