Week 1
It was pretty mild. A twenty minute run three times a week, 1 day of cross-training, and a 30-minute "long run" in the sunshine and temperatures just above freezing on Chicago's beautiful lakefront path.
I over-dressed, being anxious about the weather. After 10 minutes, I was boiling up and wisihing I had the proper gear for outdoor running. I'm spineless when it comes to cold. Most of my running up until now was done indoors on a treadmill or in warm weather.
Its only November. In two months I'm going to wish for weather like this.
